#BeautyTipTuesday: Easy Home-Made Turmeric Face Mask for Acne and Dark Spots

As you probably know, I am all about all eating natural ingredients that Mother Nature has provided us. That interest doesn’t stop at my diet, it continues into home cleaning and also beauty. After all, your skin is the largest organ outside your body. It’s important to nourish it with things that are actually edible!

Here’s a mask I’ve been toying with which has been helping my hyperpigmentation. It can also help with acne and inflammation. Many popular women on YouTube swear by it like Dr. Mona Vand or Promise Phan.

Be sure to test it on your arm before it goes on your face to check for allergies. Oh and be careful! This can stain your face, hands and clothes!

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoons of Gram Flour or Rice Flour
2 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt or Milk *For Dry Skin Use Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
Squeeze Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Tumeric Powder
1 Tablespoon of Honey
