New York based creative Vashtie Kola teams up with PUMA for a debut SS15 collaboration consisting of a range of Ready To Wear unisex separates and a twist on classic footwear.
Vashtie’s style takes inspiration from the urban music and lifestyle scene of the 80s and 90s. The first collaboration with PUMA pulls on this and takes a trip down memory lane to the dawn of New York’s B Boy culture. Paying homage to the era, key classic PUMA styles including Suedes and T7s have be reworked in fresh new materials for SS’15.
“When PUMA reached out I was immediately interested in this collaboration as I grew up following the brand. As a child I was drawn toward skate boarding and alternative music and looked to PUMA for fashion trends.
