When writer Alexis Swerdloff reached out to write an article on me for THE NEW YORK TIMES, I was shocked. In fact, I thought it was a cruel joke. Seriously…Me? In THE NEW YORK TIMES featured in my very own article?!

As I realized this was no joke, but a reality – I was so geeked. The days leading up to the publish date I joked that I would go to to Astor Place where famous Jerry’s Newsstand was and tweet my whereabouts and hand out free papers…and I did just that. This was a momentous occasion that I could not sleep on.

THANKS TO EVERYONE who came out for their free paper and to bask in my glorious geek moment that I will never forget!!!
