Some of you may know, pre-Coronavirus – I was a gym rat. It was never that I loved working out, but rather I enjoyed the benefits. Anyways, now that we are facing a pandemic and gyms are shut down, it’s more imperative than ever that we stay physically and mentally in shape!
In today’s day and age – we have tons of options from apps to Instagram live streams. But, if you’re like me and you need a video that you can play whenever you’re ready – then YouTube will be a great addition. There are a lot of options, but here are my TOP 3 FAVORITE FULL BODY WORKOUTS ON YOUTUBE.COM and none of them require equipment!
1. Fat Burning Cardio Workout – 37 Minute Fitness Blender Cardio Workout at HomeFitness Blender seems to be a married couple who make very intense and thorough workouts, complete with a timer and a calorie counter – so you know how much you’ve burned. What I love about ANY of their videos is that it isn’t them bouncing and smiling, it’s them exhausted but getting it done – I find that much more inspiring and relatable. Also, this video in particular is the most viewed of its kind with 59 million views!
2. This Killer Workout Torches Calories — About 500 in 45 Minutes
I did this video created by Jeanette Jenkins one time only and got my butt kicked. What I love about her and this video is that her personality keeps it real and fun. They also have another woman in the back who shows the easier options, so you have don’t have to force yourself to go hard if you’re not feeling it.
3. 30-Minute HIIT Cardio Workout with Warm Up – No Equipment at Home | SELFI personally haven’t tried this one yet, but it’s on my saved list to try when I have the courage. It looks like a lot of simple moves done in intense repletion. It sounds frightening, but I don’t mind working out harder to have a shorter workout.
If none of these work for you, that’s cool too. YouTube has so many videos to choose from. You can search videos for pregnancy, for foot injury or whatever. Just search and you may find! What’s more important than anything is getting your body moving which will help your immune system and mental health.
