Kelela, a D.C-born and L.A-based singer, is one of my new favorite artists and when I say I listen to her every single day, I listen to her all day every day. Her music is the perfect mix between 90’s R&B influence and a bit of “electro funk.” Kelela stated her music is “not just weird, it’s deliberately off-putting.”
