that’s enough video game parties for me in one night, but they were both fun.
we stopped at the EA NBA ELITE PARTY first on 35th and 6th Avenue. there was a barber on deck, a live artist painting a portrait of an NBA player and TREACH from NAUGHTY BY NATURE was there…i snapped a polaroid and a digital of him. it was nice to catch up with old friends and MAESTRO is in town, so we had a nice chat (more to come on that conversation)!

right after it was a party on 12th Avenue and 43rd Street at HUDSON TERRACE, where folks were celebrating the release of NBA 2K. all i knew was JORDAN was on the cover and my guy friends would have held kitty hostage if i didn’t score a copy – so, i had a mission in mind. it was damn near impossible.
