Last Spring, I got a terrible case of food poisoning. They say that you have to find the positive in every negative and although the non-stop vomiting and simultaneous pooping made my life hell for 24-hours, it definitely became a positive after noticing that I lost 5lbs just as Opening Ceremony was on the phone asking me to appear in a print editorial wearing nothing but my Calvins. When they asked if I was comfortable doing it, my 108lb skeleton self (down from 113lbs)  said “absolutely”. It was one negative, turned perfecting timing positive.

May 2015. The day after food poisoning and still unable to eat and on zero energy, I followed through with the DJ set I was booked for. It was an opening set for a SantiGold Show. Like. I had to.
