Special thanks to @TEAMEPIPHANYNYC who stay holding me down! I was cordially invited, and not the typical way – you know like, with an evite. No, I was handed a NOKIA ASTOUND social media phone with a ticket to the show. On the day of the event, I was texted with all the secret details.
KERIN ROSE & SCOTT WILLIAMS AKA YOUNG SCOOZLE were my dates. We hopped on the train after the apocolyptic rain and hailstorm and went on our way to Brooklyn for the big show. After waiting for hours, sipping on Heineken and eating hot dogs. listening to the sounds of MILLION DOLLAR MANO & Q-TIP – AZIZ ANSARI introduced the show with some good jokes.
I didn’t bring my camera, because I was informed they were checking all cameras. Luckily, Kerin snuck hers in. She let me snap away so that I could share with you the show of a lifetime. If you were following me on Twitter I also sent photo and video clips (check it out).
The show was FIRE. You just can’t argue with quality…

*Q-TIP. He told me earlier in the day he was going to the show, but he didn’t say he would be DJ’ing. I told him “I’m going to throw a hot dog at you for not telling me you were DJ’ing”. He replied “They have hot dogs?” Hahaha.

*Miss KERIN ROSE! She is a great partner in crime. When we went to use the ladies room and were greeted by a stupid hot mess of a line, we popped on over to the men’s bathroom to relieve ourselves. Luckily, Ricky was at the front of the line and he let us slide through. Sometimes a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. I assured one gentleman, “Look I dress like a man, but I’m not really a man”. Check the iPhone foto.
