I scored a couple of perfect seats, sitting front row and courtside directly next to the NEW JERSEY NETS. It was a few days after KUNLE’S birthday and I decided he should be my date. I knew he would appreciate it, especially after being roommates with him — which meant being forced to watch every sport known to man on our shared living room TV.
We ordered a car from DELANCEY and drove to NEW JERSEY. Our sweet Dominican driver actually waited in the parking lot for us, at no extra charge.
The game was great. KUNLE just yelled craze at the players and at one point VINCE CARTER, who was standing on the court, looked over at him and laughed.
