life: EASTER WITH AMAYA – TRINI FOOD AND AN EASTER BASKET (4/2010)

easter sunday morning, i rolled over to where AMAYA was staying at the crack of dawn…8:00am. i was up by 6:00 am. eeek, i forgot how morning looked that early in the morning (not cute).

we had decided on FILIPINO BREAKFAST, but somehow it changed to TRINIDADIAN BREAKFAST (which seems about the same, since they both utilize some kind of fish).

after my bestie AMAYA woke up and peeped her EASTER BASKET full of cute educational books from other cultures (not just CAT IN THE HAT, which is awesome too), baby chopsticks, candy and clothes — we were off to ALLENS for some SALTFISH and BAKE and NIOS for some DOUBLES.
