LIFE: DJ’ing For Perry Ellis “America” Collection Revival (10.4.18)

Last night, I DJ’ed for the iconic Perry Ellis and the revival of their “America” Collection. Recently modeled by son of Snoop Dog, Cordell Broadus, the collection proves that these 90’s staples can endure the test of time.

The scene was hip, street and chic. It took place in the West Village and featured many new and known faces in the entertainment world; including “Blackish” star Marcus Scribner, Dee & Ricky and more.

I got to play a lot of 90’s classics to properly represent the collection, but I transitioned into some new trap bangers…like Sheck Wes “Mo Bamba” and Valee’s “Womp Womp”. Check out the photos by Edwin Ortiz Jr.
