6 years ago, OSCAR and I started 1992 THE PARTY. Without an expectation of where it would go or how it would be received, we set out with the only goal – to provide an inviting space where all kinds of people could come together and have fun while listening to the sounds of the late 80’s and early 90’s. In creating something organic and from our hearts, the party was beyond well-received. It accumulated a cult following, took us overseas for Paris and Amsterdam dates and landed us press in The New York Times, Trace, Paper Magazine, i-D Magazine and more!
6 years later, we are still going strong and I couldn’t be more proud! Check out the photos!!!

Last night was amazing!
Thank you for all the people who have ever attended even just one 1992 party and for those of you who have supported most or all of them!
Special thanks to the people who want to attend and support us from your own city!
We’re working on a 1992 National and International Tour!
Let me know what city/state/country we need to be in to see your adorable faces!
(PS: There  is no photo of DAVE CHAPPELLE, but he was certainly there!!!)

Was going to come through but a sister had to work (even though i was energetic today thanks to the 5 Hour energy shot)...LMAO
Los Angeles please. =0)
I so had a plan in the back of my brain to come down to NY just for the party then run back home...but money...(sigh). Toronto def needs to be on the tour. lemme (via FB) know if you all need help finding a space! #be blessed!
Even though I live in southeast VA I would definitely come up to DC if you guys decide to bring the party there!
you looked gorgeous! :) wish i could have a chance one day to attend to 1992 party, seems so energetic and fun :)
Your friend in pic #6 stole my shirt! Looks like fun. I'd love to attend one of these days!
Damn Vash, why don't you tell me whenever you're doing parties anymore? Damn, you got my Skytel number, hit me on my beeper..hit me on my beeper. Regardless I couldn't make it out anyway, I was at the Barclay Center red carpet event. Ok, not really, I ended up eating a whole pizza pie, drinking a 22 of coconut manischewitz, and fell asleep. smdh. But damn, my wifey Sabel Boolino was looking tasty as some halal food at 4am. Honestly, she's the type of woman I wanna put ranch dressing on her bare hip and then nibble it off. Ok, that was a bit graphic but she knows my affinity for her ain't going nowhere. hang hang, sangria, tu sabe..
