2003. working at stussy on wooster street. art school. varsity jacket. jordan 3’s. two finger name ring (before i got held up at gun point in spanish harlem and replaced it with the three finger). eating at taco bell and hanging out at MAX FISH. sneaking into VIP parties. pre-blogs and before streetwear brands existed. the only place to get a “cool” t shirt was UNION. kicks hadn’t hit mega mainstream. BAPE was still a japanese export that NO ONE knew about.
*we all started at STUSSY/SUPREME/UNION and branched off to do our own thing. it’s amazing to see how things have changed so fast!
