That morning the Moët team were picking me up for a private tour of their champagne cave in Epernay, just two hours outside of Paris. Which would be followed by a private lunch full of champagne food pairings at the chateau. I had to be ready at 8:30 am which meant I had to be up at 6:30 am to get ready, especially since I have to air dry my hair and that takes 2 hours! I was allotted 2 friends to come with me, but everyone was so busy that week for the massive Nike x Pigalle Party happening that Friday. My amazing friend and stylist, JeanPaul Paula, was able to come and he made it super cozy! The Moët Babes and Jean Paul Paula.
The Epernay Countryside. If Champagne isn’t made in Epernay/Champagne, it’s sparkling white whine. Just an FYI. That’s fine too.
This is where the bottles chill to age…for like 3 years.
A gift from Napoleon to the Moët dude.
After the tour, we were brought here to sip some champagne and eat appetizers.
Right after that was a Private VIP lunch in the Moët Chandon Chateau. They informed the chef of my diet: no gluten, no dairy, no meat, no fried foods…but fish was ok. They totally accommodated me. It was so sweet of them. I had such an amazing time!
Some amazing crab/lobster coconut milk dish!
White fish entree and spinach.
The refills were constant as were the laughs!
My camera died, but maybe that was a good thing because I was able to focus more on the moment (even though I still had my phone as a memory recording distraction)

Later on, I met Elle at Hotel Amour and we had drinks before heading out to my birthday dinner at Derrière. Thanks to my baby boo Alex Sossah for organizing it, even though he had a ton of work to do for Nike x Pigalle.
