art show: THE SALT SPACE PRESENTS – THE AFRICAN AMERICAN ART COLLECTIVE – “VISIONS OF A COMMUNITY” – OPENING RECEPTION FEBRUARY 3RD

Opening night is Thursday, Feb. 3rd, from 6-10pm.

There will be lots of amazing art from artists all over the city. Karston has created the AAAC, African American Art Collective in which African American artists from all over NY will present their work in honor of Black History Month. There you will see a bit of everything from photography to paintings, to a mixed media performance piece presented by Lori Stewart and Cassandra Scanlon, featuring Esi Evans.

Opening Night: Thursday, February 3rd

Where: Salt Space Gallery, 1158 Broadway, enter on 27th street (between Broadway & 5th)

Time: 6-10:30pm

Can’t make opening night? The work will be up for all of February!
