As a celebration of JEN completing her first year at Art School in NYC, KARL JUSTIN and I took her to eat some VietNamese Dinner.

AN CHOI, located in the LOWER EAST SIDE, had rave reviews online – but, (as Californian Natives who know good Asian food) Karl Justin and Jen wanted to be sure for themselves.

The verdict is in.

After a night of good grub…

AN CHOI is guilty…of being great (for New York).
