While I don’t always eat Breakfast or Brunch, they happen to be my favorite meals. I mean, things like French Toast and Pancakes (which are pretty much glorified desserts) are considered hearty meals. As a “sweets” fan, who can argue with that? Anyways, after a long hard day of work – it’s nice to grab some Brunch and then go back to sleep.

We went to GEMMA, located within the BOWERY HOTEL – which has quickly become one of my top 5 favorite hotels (numero uno might be the Four Seasons in Paris).

I ordered EGGS ANY STYLE, which I had prepared Poached.

Peep the STEAK & EGGS that Young Scoozle ordered. Apparently it was EXCELLENTE as well.
